HEADQUARTERS - The Horn Ranch includes a recently updated farmhouse featuring 2500+/- sf with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The cellar below the home could be utilized as a wine, canned goods or or additional storage. There is also a pass-through breezeway to the detached garage with extra space currently used as an office.   

GUEST HOUSE - The guest house on the property is a manufactured home featuring 1400+/- sq feet, with 4 beds and 2 bathrooms. Both homes utilize independent septic systems and share a domestic well.

BARN - The 6000+/- sf barn is iconic on the ranch and includes an approximate 800 sf shop for all your ranching needs.

Incredible wildlife viewing includes over 200 species of Birds as well as what is believed to be the largest deer herd in California and the greatest concentration of Ducks & Geese on the North American Continent.  Black Bear, Bobcat, Mountain Lion, and an entire cast of natures characters roam and  include raccoon, ground squirrels, grouse and pheasant among others.

Summer temperatures range from 75F to 105F. Winter temperatures range from 15F to 60F. Temperatures below 15F are very rare. Rainfall averages from 20-55 inches. Snowfall in the valley is light and of short duration.
